Difference Between 3 on 6
All on 4

All on 4 system, like 3 on 6, is a restoration supported by implants, and the main difference between them is that all on 4 consists of a complete denture supported by 4 implants and the 3 on 6 system consists of 3 bridges that are supported by 6 implants.

The all on 4 treatment is for people who do not have enough bone density and who have bone deterioration.

3 on 6 is lighter and has a more natural appearance.

3 on 6 Implants Process

Treatment begins with an evaluation of your mouth, an intraoral scan will be taken to determine if you are a candidate for treatment; When qualified, the specialist proceeds to the planning and preparations for the surgical phase (if you need a bone graft first, it will be scheduled before the implants are placed).

With the intraoral scanner we can print a 3D surgical guide which allows us to precisely place 3 out of 6 dental implants.

Surgery is performed to place the 6 implants in the upper or lower arch. You will receive a removable temporary denture while the implants/bone heal for 4-6 months.

After the first phase of surgery, you will need a recovery period, the bone graft material will help your jaw heal faster and allow the implant to osteointegrate at the cellular level. In the laboratory we will be preparing the final bridges.

The restoration phase begins with the evaluation of bone integration in order to rehabilitate the implants and place the final bridges. Each bridge will be supported and permanently secured by 2 implants on each side.
